How to make Stained Glass soaps

 

  • Mold

  • White and transparant M&P soap

  • Rubbing alcohol

  • Non-bleeding colors and scent

  • Precision syringe and scraper

    Spray the mold with RA and use your pricision syringe to follow the Lines in the mold, you need just a little pressure on the syringe. The soap is flowing in the Lines because of the alcohol.

    Let it cure.

    Use a scraper or knife to gently scrape the black soap, the black soap must only be in the Lines

    Spray with RA again and fill up the rest of the mold with white scented soap, make sure it’s cooled off before you pour, you don’t want the black soap mixed with the white soap. Let it cure and take the soap out of the mold. You see the black Lines upright.

    (Make a few of these ahead so you can color them all at once and you don’t need to heat the colored soap for just one soap.)

    Now you can start coloring between the Lines with differend non bleeding colors of soap. Spray with RA First and use the precision syringe, add just a little pressure, because of the alcohol the soap will flow between the Lines.

    After you fill all the details between the Lines flatten the soap out with a scraper and clean it up.

    And there it is, your stained glass soap
